Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment placement for a full refund, provided service fulfillment has not started.
Due to the nature of digital deliverables (Graphic files and Backlink reports), refunds cannot be issued once the final report or design files are delivered.
If you are not satisfied with graphic designs, we offer revisions based on your plan terms. If backlink reports fail to meet agreed link counts, partial refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
